Based in Israel and working with large worldwide companies, is experiencing an accelerated growth. For direct integration in Angola, we are currently searching for a Sales Manager. This professional, reporting directly to the Africa sales Director, will be responsible for obtaining business in near term and building foundation for continued profitable revenue growth over the long term, as well as developing regional strategic solutions sales framework. It is expected to a trusted advisor to regional customer and to the internal sales teams, to contribute to developing sales strategy and account plan jointly with regional leads, the local partners network and overall ecosystem for solutions offerings per each segment and to active Involvement in high level customer engagement while closing business.
requisitos

• More than 4 years working experience in multi-technology customer solutions ; • A Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science, or a MBA degree desirable; • Experience working in public safety (police, fire, EMS, health and human services organizations) is an advantage; • Strategic account planning experience required; • Multi-technology Solutions Sales and Project Management experience required; • Experience selling large solutions systems or large long-cycle complex deals or acting as a consultant in large sales deals (Experience in leading sales and developing proposals for complex technology or service projects); • Experience in influencing RFPs and government funding for large, complex multimillion- dollar deals; • Experience creating solutions that meet RFP requirements that include services, systems, deices and application; • Experience in proactively identifying and responding to customer needs analysis; • Excellent presentation skills, strong negotiation skills are required; • Independent, committed and highly motivated; • Strong verbal and written skills, in English and in Portuguese.
