This leading international company operation throughout the world specialising in providing a cost effective solution for the movement of project freight. With offices strategically placed around the world they have the capabilities to provide an excellent service to their clients. With a reputation for providing an excellent service to their mining and oil and gas clients this is an excellent opportunity for an Project Coordinator to join their Perth based team.

Reporting to the operations manager you will have experience in sea imports and exports including proven experience in air and sea chartering. You will oversee the process from ensuring that the correct documentation reaches the required parties, through to delivery on site. This will include invoicing, generating purchase order numbers, as well as closing the jobs. You will liaise with customs and port authorities to ensure everything is running to schedule and drive to meet all deadlines.

You will be a proactive individual who enjoys seeing your hard work rewarded. With experience of working in a similar role you will have an understanding of international trade and the imports and export procedures along with experience of working within the South American market. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to speak fluently in Spanish and Portuguese.
