Inspiring new clients to “go Google” is the charge of Google’s Enterprise team. The Enterprise Inside Sales team evangelizes Google tools like Apps, Search and Chrome, to leading companies, schools and government agencies. As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative, you reach out proactively to both large and small businesses, while articulating how Google’s Enterprise Solutions can help make their work more productive, mobile and collaborative. (And then, you seal the deal!) You excel at product pitching, cultivating a strong base of new clients and working with fellow technical Googlers to devise solutions and support for your clients.

Responsibilities
Manage, expand and scale a team of lead generation staff as the enterprise organization grows.
Define, manage, and scale tight process inside and outside your lead generation teams to drive efficiency and productivity of staff, increased levels of lead to opportunity conversion and closed sales as a result of marketing programs.
Provide front line management support and coaching for each of your team members to drive high levels of performance and job satisfaction and personal growth.
Manage tight, productive relationships with sales and marketing leaders and reps to drive high close rates for invested programs and ensure critical feedback loops.
Scale your team by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

BA degree in Business. In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant skills and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA
Excellent people management, organization, and interpersonal skills. Experience leading teams, with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring, and demonstrated success developing team members.
Strong understanding of the technology market, and a strong interest for Google Apps, Google and Cloud Computing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in English, and Portuguese or Spanish (trilingual is a good to have).
