Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager this person will have to:
– Trading term negotiations with new suppliers
– Accountable for the overall performance of the division’s foods buying function
– Development and implementation of Division’s operational marketing plans based on marketing strategies
– Monitors actual buying performance against operational plans and KPI’s
– Resolves escalated (operational) problems
– Implements individual performance management process – focus on direct reports
– Staffing and succession planning
